1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DEMM OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services
DEMM OS provides AI-powered business automation tools including lead management, content scheduling, SMS/email sequences, and AI agent services. Features vary by subscription tier (Survivor, Growth, Empire).
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Survivor is $99/mo. Growth is $299/mo. Empire is $999/mo. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DEMM OS to send spam, violate applicable laws, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
DEMM OS and all related intellectual property are owned by DEMM Marketing LLC. Your data and content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
DEMM Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
